This is not something that I would ordinarily shout from the rooftops, but she has given me everything that I asked for in terms of days and time off! I feel very blessed, and it has done much for my peace of mind. She is so wonderful and fair!
I have very recently made a return to bedside nursing in the PACU. I was previously in an Educator role (because I sought professional growth), but I found little satisfaction and much stress. I made the return last Wednesday, and have not looked back one little bit. I am kind of re-orienting to the role, as some things have changed a bit since I left 1.5 years ago. But things are going smoothly, and my spirits are high. I am certainly hoping that this will bode well for my 2ww.

saw your blog on lost and found, and decided to come over and say hi. I really wish you luck in your IVF process. I think you and I have a lot in common. I'm a CRNA at a local hospital...so we're in the same boat! I also will be starting the IVF process soon. I have absolutely the best boss who allows me to leave anytime for appointments without a blink of the eye...that makes things so much less stressful!
